Upper Strength again as I decided to re-do week 1 as last week just kinda failed some how.
But Shoulders feel stronger already and the moves feel good. Concentrating on the muscles being worked while listening to Music is making a huge difference than listening to the DVD's - who knew?
These shorter workouts are easier to fit in but obviously not the high calorie burn I'm used to.
But energy levels are performing well on low carb :)
