So after poor sleep and 3 days of no workouts as I just had not got the energy from very little sleep I finally got a decent night on Friday night and so Saturday I did Asylum Strength at my gym so I could use the Pull up bar too ;)
Used 3's & 4's for shoulders and 5's & 6's for eveything else.
Felt great to get something done and I actually felt like myself again.
Last night was not great sleep as we had an almightly thunderstorm for about 1 1/2 hours with lighting that I could see through my eye lids!!!
Need to get back to some regular sleep and regular workouts this week. Although I'm not sure what to attack next???
