Sorry I'm a little AWOL at the moment - got stuff going on.
Yesterday I managed P90X3 The Challenge and increased my push ups by 2 reps every set and then I very carefully tried CDF 5 Min Core on the Floor. I kept my feet stacked on the side planks as my hip is still not happy. It moans at funny angles, squatting, being too open or being squashed as in childs pose so I still feel pretty restricted and really want to do some cardio or yoga - we always want what we can't have don't we lol??
Nothing today so I'm hoping if I can get more sleep (still burning the candle and it doesn't help with repairing and healing) I'm hoping to get something done tomorrow.
