Was cautious with my shoulder but pushed where I could.
I swapped out Chair dips for full dips as its puts my shoulder in a better position. Crouching Cohen Curls I did the kneeling with forward lean.
Side tri rises I skipped because my shoulder would really get upset with them and did some heavy seated Military press just for a bit more shoulder action. Upwards is ok for me and I want to get them shoulders stronger as 8 reps @ 7kg / 15lb was my limit today.
My triceps can almost do what my shoulders can so I know my shoulders are seriously lacking!
