Rest day yesterday for me.
Resistance 3 is not one of the best ones...I remember now lol
My knee felt tweaky and pained twice in the mountain squats so I subbed it for some squats and squat press's in the last round.
Enjoyed dynamix as a nice cool down and stretch.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend, I'm off to take the dogs for a walk in the woods.
