Didn't get chance for Yoga yesterday as I had a long hard work day ;(
But today was Legs and Back and I loved it - especially because I got a great Personal Best on my unassisted Chin ups. Wahoo! I managed 3 which was great on its own but came off the bar for a few breaths and then manged another 4 - I can't quite believe it!!!
I increased my weights to 2 x 8kg / 17.5 lbs on the calf raise squats ( I might try and match Tony next week with the 20's or 9kgs for me ;) )and the step back lunges ;) Up to 2 x 4kg / 8.8lbs on the side lunges and the single leg Deadlift squats.
Increased to 2 x 5kg /11lbs on my Bench Step ups although they were alternating and 2 x 9kg / 19.9lbs for weighted lunges but that slowed me down a little as it was near the end. ;)
Calf raise squats I kept the same at 2 x 7kg /15lbs but will up that next time.
Loving get stronger - its addictive isn't it???
