So after two rough days doing nothing recovering and a total of 4 days suffering with with very bad DOMS I felt much better and got back to it!
Chest and back went ok tonight - I decreased the assistance on my chin up max by taking the middle band out and it was too tough so I raised the stirrup up a tad and went with it. Bought my numbers down to 6-8 (and a 3) but that good because I know I ill be stronger for it ;)
Push ups I aimed at 8 reps instead of 10 and aimed to get them all on my feet - was better but still a few military ones still had to go knees - maybe next time!!
