Wow cardio but not as we know it!!!!
No furious jumping around on this cardio workout - except a few burpees that is! Brilliant workout!!
I did assisted chin ups instead the prescribed pull ups in this as we've done so many pull ups that I thought some chin ups would be more beneficial, especially for me as I'm stronger at them so I could more done giving more of a cardio effect for me.
Loved it!!! Didn't give me the same cardio high I get from T25 or Insanity but a great cardio workout that is easy on the joints ;)
