Another good workout. When you've done P90X Plyometrics and P90X3 Agility X - This was fairly familiar in most parts. So I didn't find it crazy hard but it was a good workout.
I pushed harder in the second round as I knew what was coming ;)
My own full body stretch I did afterwards - Which I normally do but I separated it off just to see the burn from the workout alone.
