Slow getting started today as I had intruptions and someone wanting to chat to me while I warmed up but 20 mins later I eventually got going and loved it.
Those plyo sections certainly spiked the HR today phew!!!
Chin up strength is getting better, I just need it stronger at the bottom section..the downside to the Chin up max as guess as I'm really strong at the top but not so much at the starting point where it gives most assistance. I did some jump ups and really slow negatives to try to build my strength up more ;)
