BodyCombat 72 today which has some really fast combos in there. Loved the combo's but the fast changes meant a I missed a few reps here and there. Will be be better the second time through.
Good few push ups, mountain climbers and hip escapes making a great all rounder!
Didn't go too low in the jumping lunge section as I was quite awaare it was leg day yesterday lol
Chased it BodyBalance 68 - 30 mins flexibility version which was really nice but I missed having the meditation at the end.
Overall loved it and I felt great when I was done.
