Another stressful day but managed to get T25 Speed 1.0 done. Although because I had to take my mum to the docs again, the timings of the day went awry and I did my workout just over half an hour after a snack of apple and peanut butter (which is very unusually for me) and it was a big mistake! As soon as I started jumping around I got a bit of a stitch pain grrrr followed my some uncomfortable gurgling a couple of times!
The last 10 mins were slightly better but I modified where I had to to get through it but it meant I didn't give it my all which was a shame ;(
But something is better than nothing right? and I learnt a valuable lesson = 30 mins after eating even a small snack is no good for cardio workouts!!
