Well my mum took a tumble on Sunday when clearing out the pond and 3 hours down A&E later she hasn't broken anything but she has damaged both wrists! So I'm back in full carer mode as she can't brush her hair, make a cup of tea or anything so it will be a tough few weeks but I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.
After some sleepless nights but better night sleep last night I finally got something done. I still had DOMS from saturday because of the lack of sleep and stress I'm guessing so didn't want anything too heavy so I managed to squeeze in half hour for T25 Speed 1.0.
Enjoyed it, especially the breaks to stretch Had to get my head around the sequences but it was somehow just what I needed. It's great to have some short workouts to squeeze in at the moment.
Workouts maybe hit and miss depending how things are but as she improves I will try and get back on it! But I need to do them to keep my sanity I think!
