Bear Complex - I’ve never done it before but wanted to try for something a little different.
I did 1st round @ 7kg
2nd round @ 10kg
3rd round @ 12kg / 26lb
Pretty cool - I didn’t rush it but it went well. I need to be careful putting the bar down on my back.
