After a day walking round the house mostly pain free and feeling like its been weeks since I lifted anything I did..
Normal warm up
DL's 10 x 10kg, 10 x 30kg, 5 x 40kg, 5 x 50kg /110 lb
HPC 5 x 10kg
O/H Press 10 x 10kg, 10 x 15kg / 33 lb
Full push up - failed twice (not really surprised after press's)
Full push up 1 knee down x 5
Push up against pin 1 x 2 and then failed 3rd rep
Foot begain to ache a little so called it quits - felt good to do some DL's after a such a long time
Will try another walk outside tomorrow then maybe try some squats on thursday as I can't remember the last time I did any weighted squats!
