So I had to get back to Tony but don't want to loose any core strength or leg strength that I've built in Hammer and Chisel so I did P90X2 V-Sculpt .
Went cautious on weights as unsure of all the renegade stuff. Used Bench instead of Stab. ball just because the ball in my small rooms takes up so much room its crazy. It also takes a lot of pumping to keep it hard enough to be of any use!
Enjoyed it and it felt good to be back with Tony. Chased it with X2 Ab Ripper thinking it should be a walk in the walk after all the abs with Autumn and Sagi - how wrong I was - OMG Ouchy!!!!!
Think I might know to it the day after the day after!!
