Its only the second time I've done this one and its a beauty lol
Great upper body thrashing with weights!! I used 3kg's to warm up round 1, then 4kg for round 2, then went back to 3kg's for the main workout. I just about managed, the shoulder presses were tough as usual but the rest was fine weight wise.
Next time 3kg for ones with shoulder press in but 4kg for everything else.
Wow push ups , push ups and more push ups wowweeee!
Really enjoyed it and look forward to getting better at it.
