Didn’t get the walk in yesterday like I expected but got some more work done instead.
Shoulders Intervals today was pretty good and I increased my weights where I could.
Shoulder press was only 5 reps at the higher weight on the last set then I had to drop down but hey it’s still progress right?
Really pleased with shoulder flys as I managed all 3 sets at 2kg/5lbs today when I only managed 1 set last week ;)
And those swimmers were tougher than they looked lol but I also managed all 3 at 2kg/5lbs.
I needed a bit more when done so I decided to get my Tony fix with some X3 MMX and it was just what I needed, punched and kicked out some of frustrations! 😎
Bring on legs tomorrow!
