I started doing Crossfit September 22nd 2009 and I loved it - it's totally awesome and it made me a better person in so many different ways!

After nearly 4 years of Crossfit and wrist injury I tried a home fitness DVD for a change and something new - Rip 60 was really great and then I found Beachbody / Tony Horton's P90X!
It's THE best home fitness program ever!!!
It changed my body in so many amazing ways and got my cardio fitness, my core and overall strength including push up strength better than ever before!!

I now do many Beachbody programs as they are all so great.
I 'm a big Tony Horton fan because he makes me work hard but makes me laugh at the same time.
After I completed P90X, I did P90X3, P90X2 and some P90X+. I''ve tried other Beachbody programs including the P90, Piyo, Focus T25,
21 Day Fix Extreme, Country Heat, BodyBeast and Insanity, The Aslyum 1 and 2. Completed 21 Day Fix and 22 Min hard Core.

Did some Insanity Max 30 and Core de Force but my knees can't handle jumping every day so I have to mix them in.
Shift shop is great and looking forward to the new 80 Day obsession.

I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life and still getting stronger every day!

P90X Shoulders and Arms

Pushed hard on this tonight and it went pretty well. Shoulder was a little tweaky after the first set of chair dips which I did on Power stands so didn't do the second set. A couple of PR's so that always nice ;)

T25 Gamma Rip't Up

So after waiting and waiting to see if it came on offer with black friday and it didn't I gave in and bought T26 Gamma - so I had to give it a go tonight.

I enjoyed it, fast paced but you would expect that for a 25 min workout but good fun with the dumbbells and as always Shaun make you do things that many other trainers forget about and so you  get a real rounded routine. Brilliant.

I chased with 21DF yoga which was just what a needed. Shoulders didn't like the last few Chataranga's but the stretch I really needed. The sporadic workouts of late have not been good so hopefully get back to getting more in each eek until things kick off again.

Nearly didn't bother tonight as was falling asleep but got up and got it done and so glad I did. really enjoyed it and felt more energised after too = bonus!!!

Fountain of Youth Yoga

So after 3 days of nothing and recovery after giving blood for the first time ever I'm finally feeling good again.

So I did Tony's Fountain of Youth Yoga just to ease back in but I can feel my recent gains starting to disappear so I need to hit the weight tomorrow!

P90X+ Intervals

Wanted something cardio but not too long and longer then T25 so P90X+ Intervals plus it was = great fun!!

The hardest bit either side the break was really tough as usual but really enjoyed and after a long hard day emptying sheds it was just what I needed.

P90X3 Complex Lower and Complex upper

I wanted a total body thrashing tonight so I did both Complex lower and upper.

On the lunge thrust press I did some push press, swimmers press, hammer curl & press and some more push press. On the plyo push ups, I did just standard all feet on set 1, plyo on knees set 2, 1 knee standard set 3 and military push ups on last set - Just to add in some variety to hit all the spots I needed hitting.

I needed the weights to try to maintain my gains so they don't all disappear with my sporadic workouts at the moment with everything going on.

HRM wouldn't work tonight ;(

P90X3 Total Synergistics

Being short on time at the minute because we are crazy hectic, trying to get my hour workouts in is just not happening either time or energy level wise so I think I need to crack on with some 25-30 mins ones when I can fit them in. Not part of my original schedule but getting ready to move home and business is going to take some serious preparation, energy, time and organisation!

So I managed P90X3 Total synergistic and it was good fun. Good all rounder and if tomorrow is mega busy and don't get one in I won't feel too guilty ;)

P90X Legs and Back

Wow finally got chance to get this in tonight and it was going great till my energy levels really tanked!

Really hard when everything became really hard work. I skipped most of the sneaky lunges to to take a breather, did the chairs salutations, only 6 iso lunges and the pull ups and decide I'd be stupid to carry on so cooled down.

Felt disappointed that I didn't finish but new it was in my best interest - energy was just drained away! But really pleased with what I did do and even got the careful down the stairs wobble so prepare for post leg day doms tomorrow and more thursday!!!!

T25 Speed 2.0

Was short on time but managed to squeeze in something = T25 Speed 2.0 - tough but good fun.

Been really busy but felt good to do something
