w/u spealler less leg swings because i missed them
with interuptions and distractions, wallballs, situps and b/e, push ups x
3 on knees, tried for a full but just failed miserably so did 2 red band assisted from pin 3
if i’m strong enough to do push ups - why is on some days I just can’t do them, and others and I can do 2 in a row?? whats that all about???
