I started doing Crossfit September 22nd 2009 and I loved it - it's totally awesome and it made me a better person in so many different ways!

After nearly 4 years of Crossfit and wrist injury I tried a home fitness DVD for a change and something new - Rip 60 was really great and then I found Beachbody / Tony Horton's P90X!
It's THE best home fitness program ever!!!
It changed my body in so many amazing ways and got my cardio fitness, my core and overall strength including push up strength better than ever before!!

I now do many Beachbody programs as they are all so great.
I 'm a big Tony Horton fan because he makes me work hard but makes me laugh at the same time.
After I completed P90X, I did P90X3, P90X2 and some P90X+. I''ve tried other Beachbody programs including the P90, Piyo, Focus T25,
21 Day Fix Extreme, Country Heat, BodyBeast and Insanity, The Aslyum 1 and 2. Completed 21 Day Fix and 22 Min hard Core.

Did some Insanity Max 30 and Core de Force but my knees can't handle jumping every day so I have to mix them in.
Shift shop is great and looking forward to the new 80 Day obsession.

I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life and still getting stronger every day!

Bodycombat 68

BodyCombat 68 and loved it - did it with a bit more space than usual and it sure makes a difference when you can put in the effort as you are not scared of kicking the TV or Settee lol.

Maybe pushed it a little hard as I did get a little light headed at one point and had to take a seat for a few breaths but wow I enjoyed every minute. I always feel great, empowered and a bonus that I burnt a ton of calories while doing it.

L4 Legs and Shoulders

L4 Legs and Shoulders from the sheets again, alternating the sets of Legs with Shoulders I find gives me a great workout.

Increased some of my weights and it felt really good.

LMOB BodyBalance 81

New Release and it was great.

Lovely tai chi warm up, little yoga flow, some standing strength, good core section including pilates 100, hip opening stretches and lovely meditation at the end. Wonderfull and perfect for a Sunday!

Def. do this again.

L4 Back & Bi's

Got to use my pullup bar today but boy did I struggle.

Increased some from last time and the bar was in the second round so pretty whooped but OMG. I even increased the assistance on my Chin up Max. But even then I could get 10 - showing what strength I've lost with being out of action with my back, but hey I'll get it back and be stronger for it - I promise!

L4 Chest & Tris, 22MHC Core 1 and Cardio 1

Chest & Tri's from sheets. Increased Chest weights and boy did I feel it OMG.
Triceps were toasty toast.

Chased with Core 1 which felt pretty good and much stronger than last time, getting most of the reps so nice improvement.

Needed more so went with Cardio 1 and phew that was tough at times. I walked all the burpees and did the squat portion first like Les Mills and concentrated on my glutes.

BodyCombat 68

Needed some punching and kicking today so BC 68 was it and loved it. I've lost a bit of cardio fitness over the last 3 months and was feeling it towards the end but pushed through as best as I could.

Good stretch afterwards including some of physio stretches.

L4 Legs and Shoulders plus Yoga retreat Day 2 Stretch

LIIFT 4 Legs and Shoulders from sheets at my pace again and alternated each set of Legs with Each set of Shoulders. Upped some of my weights and really enjoyed it.
Concentrating on the right muscles is making a difference!!

Chased it with Yoga Stretch with Vytas and needed it!

BodyBalance 73

BodyBalance 73 today was really good.
Lovely Tai Chi warm up. A few move changes were fast but some really nice moves in there.

L4 Back & Biceps and P90 Sweat C

L4 Back & Biceps was good today, another good pump and increased weights in some places.

Chased it with P90 Sweat C which was good fun. Was careful and stepped the burpees/scrawls but burnt a few cals ;)

L4 Chest & Tris at my pace, which felt good wth some weight increases & 22MHC Core 1 afterwards and phew looking forward to doing all these as I build by core strength back up.

L4 Legs and Shoulders

Again my pace and I alternated Each round of legs with each round of shoulders and it worked really well.

Felt great to work legs again, went light with deadlift obviously as my back is much better but still not perfect.
Was good to go with heavier Bridge and Goblet too.

Bodycombat 70 Express & CX Works Beginnes

Didn't do the jumps but loved every minute. Kept my core in strong and it felt great to punch and kick again.

Chased it with CX Beginner just try and build up some more core strength and listen to what Dan had to say about everything - very good. Worked on my new Les Mills mat which was very nice except that the side planks gave me carpet burns on both elbows!!!! Really surprised considering how long we didn't hold them.

L4 Back and Biceps

Back and Bi's today from sheet at my pace again. Lowered the weights so not to have un-copeable with doms!!!

Enjoyed it and wow my Bi's felt pumped. Lowered the pull over weight too just to protect my back.

After wards I did some back extension but felt a little odd last 3 reps of 1st set of 10 so called it quits on them and just did slow and steady step ups. Must remember to keep core tight and lift with the glutes.

Did my physio stretches too but no weighted work.

L4 Chest & tri, Ab Ripper A + physio stuff

I started L4 again today but I'm going to work from my sheets at my own pace to be careful of my back, concentrate on form and not rush.

Felt good except that the rocking back and forth with the weights I'm not sure it was great for my back, I finished after the first round of the 3rd set just incase. Especially as I chased it with Weighted Goblet squats and weighted bridges.

The Ab Ripper A well most of it - more than last time so that progress ;)

I think I may get some doms tomorrow and my back is a little achey this evening so may rest tomorrow. See how I feel as I really don't want to set myself back.
