I started doing Crossfit September 22nd 2009 and I loved it - it's totally awesome and it made me a better person in so many different ways!

After nearly 4 years of Crossfit and wrist injury I tried a home fitness DVD for a change and something new - Rip 60 was really great and then I found Beachbody / Tony Horton's P90X!
It's THE best home fitness program ever!!!
It changed my body in so many amazing ways and got my cardio fitness, my core and overall strength including push up strength better than ever before!!

I now do many Beachbody programs as they are all so great.
I 'm a big Tony Horton fan because he makes me work hard but makes me laugh at the same time.
After I completed P90X, I did P90X3, P90X2 and some P90X+. I''ve tried other Beachbody programs including the P90, Piyo, Focus T25,
21 Day Fix Extreme, Country Heat, BodyBeast and Insanity, The Aslyum 1 and 2. Completed 21 Day Fix and 22 Min hard Core.

Did some Insanity Max 30 and Core de Force but my knees can't handle jumping every day so I have to mix them in.
Shift shop is great and looking forward to the new 80 Day obsession.

I'm the fittest I've ever been in my life and still getting stronger every day!

Really enjoyed this, worked hard on the tough bits, did more ab work than last time but can't keep up with Tony yet! Loved it.

P90X Shoulders and Arms

Really enjoyed this tonight, didn't have time for Ab Ripper but enjoyed pumping the arms. They looked and felt twice the size when I'd done ???

Nice increase on some sets compared to last time in June so that was good and encouraging too.

Insanity The Asylum Vertical Plyo and Relief

Another very long day with 3 guys in the house trying to find a leak on the central heating but I got my workout in thank goodness.

It was really tough but really enjoyed it too ;)

P90X Chest and Back

At long last I got to start my new workout schedule with Chest and Back and it was awesome!!

Loved it - I actually managed 120 push ups and only 18 on knees - I'm super stoked! New personal best for me, I've never done 10 in every set before ever!!!

I've done this workout 13 times and the first time was July 13 and I managed a total of 49 push ups and all were on my knees.

If I can improve like that anybody can!!!

T25 Total Body Circuit

Crazy week with me in the house firing a new boiler and the turmoil and frustration is unbelievable.

Managed to squeeze in a T25 total body this morning and boy I'm not a morning workout person - just not enough energy in the system but I got it done and something is better than nothing!

21 Day Fix Extreme Dirty 30

Change of pace today with a total body workout from Autumn with Dirty 30 Extreme.

It was different and good fun and quite enjoyed it.

Only used 1kg and 2 kg weights and I could easily up the 2kg next time, but those 1kgs make the shoulders scream with all those reps!

Tony Horton One on One Fountain of Youth Yoga

So recovery week for me this week ager my muscles telling me that what they need...so start the week with some Yoga!

Fountain of Youth Yoga - really enjoyed it and got to loosen up with some great stretches. I really noticed that the chataranga's seem much much easier so Beast must have got me stronger ;)

Also noticed while checking Warrior one form in in the mirror I really have some muscles showing in my legs and my booty looked the best I've seen it, like ever!!!

Bodybeast Bulk Arms and T25 Cardio

So bulk arms went ok tonight but my muscles are starting to feel tired again so I'm really wondering about pushing on for another 2 weeks?? I think its time to stop beast and have a recovery week and do something else more fun.

Chased it with T25 cardio which was tougher than I expected or remembered phew!!!!

Bodybeast Bulk Shoulders and Bulk Back

After driving and being out most of the day yesterday didn't gt my workout in so doubled up to catch up.

Went pretty well, shoulders not increasing massively nor some of the back moves but deadlift up again to 49kg for 8 reps so pleased with that.

Bodybeast Bulk Chest & T25 Beta Speed 2.0

Got bulk chest done, weights all the same but felt a teensy bit easier than last time - phew!!

Chased with with T25 Speed 2.0 and really need it after a very disappointing day.

But I'm super excited about tomorrow as we are getting faster broadband and after nearly 10 years of 1-1.2 Meg getting 13 Meg is going to feel like all my Christmas's have come at once!!!

Insanity Core Cardio and Balance and Cize Crazy 8's

I couldn't face Sagi and Cardio/abs tonight so I did Insanity Core cardio and Balance, paused before the stretch at the end and wanted a little more so did about 15 mins of Cize Crazy 8's, then finished with his stretch plus my own = great fun!!
