T25 Speed 1.0
Well my mum took a tumble on Sunday when clearing out the pond and 3 hours down A&E later she hasn't broken anything but she has damaged both wrists!
So I'm back in full carer mode as she can't brush her hair, make a cup of tea or anything so it will be a tough few weeks but I'm hoping for a speedy recovery.After some sleepless nights but better night sleep last night I finally got something done. I still had DOMS from saturday because of the lack of sleep and stress I'm guessing so didn't want anything too heavy so I managed to squeeze in half hour for T25 Speed 1.0.Enjoyed it, especially the breaks to stretch
Had to get my head around the sequences but it was somehow just what I needed. It's great to have some short workouts to squeeze in at the moment.Workouts maybe hit and miss depending how things are but as she improves I will try and get back on it! But I need to do them to keep my sanity I think!
