P90X3 Eccentric Upper + P90X3 Ab Ripper

X3 Eccentric Upper + X3 Ab Ripper

Wow this was hard work tonight! I went with the weights from last time I did it in march and boy it was tough. I forgot what the slow 3 count does to you  

I managed 2 unassisted chin ups and did everything else assisted - even added a bit more assist as I was hardly managing any at all about half way through - I was toast by the end  

Then I went straight into X3 Ab ripper and I have to say that was a mistake - my shoulders were toast and there is so much shoulder work in this one that it was really really hard. Even the first move which I normally can do no problem at all I was shaking just holding my arms out  I pushed through I did what I could. Also some of the moves I did yesterday in T25 stretch so that made it harder also  

So note to self - do not try X3 ab ripper after T25 stretch or Eccentric Upper!!

PS I'm late posting this as I did this last night and today I have doms already and feel pretty trashed OMG!!! Thank god its rest day!
