X Chest and Back + X Ab Ripper
X Chest and Back + X Ab Ripper - (I planned to do X3 ab ripper but short on time and didn't check schedule grrr)
Decreased my pull up assist by another inch tonight and was pleased with my progress.
Upped my reps for most of my push ups so really pleased with that
Struggled to do many oblique v-ups tonight and doms in the glutes is still pretty bad
