Phase 1 Build Week 2 Day 5

Build Shoulders and I chased it with LMPump Flex

Upped my weights and it felt good tonight.

I wanted a little more and I enjoyed the 20 mins Flex yoga from Pump -  

I have to be honest Sagi is getting to me as he's a little dry and shouting all the time. The changing weights a lot is getting to me as well trying to change equipment often to keep up with them.
I'm feeling a little demotivated and just don't look forward to my Beast workouts like I do my Tony H ones  Which does surprise me
