This one really does creep up on you - I can nearly palm the floor in sumo squats so a little more progress there. The warrior 3 squats are real glute and thigh burners and those variations of squats near the end are really tough! Muscles cramping and more oxygen needed tonight
Really looking forward to Yoga tomorrow!
Slight aside - my body is really changing for the better i.e. my muscles are firming and less squidgy fat covering everything up. This P90X3 thing is pretty amazing considering the 30 min workouts
