P90X2 SW3 D6 Base and Back

This was fun and tough today - I got more reps here and there and overall pleased with improvements but my HR and calorie burn didn't reflect it? Am I adapting to it? Am I getting fitter??

I'm thinking a little 22MHC cardio and light resistance semi recovery week then onto 3 week X2 deluxe strength phase.
