P90X2 Recovery & Mobility
A little yoga and then to the pain cave (that what I call it) to roll and iron out the kinks with my foam roller.
Easy session to finish off recovery week so that I can get ready to hit it strong on Monday - month two of my P90X mixed hybrid!
