P90X Legs and Back

I managed to get this all done tonight - wahoo!!! Things are getting better.

Went well and upped my weights for calf raises and did the same or more reps for pull ups/chin up with less assistance which was really pleasing.

Afterwards I took out the the central red band on my chin up assist and see how many I can get done next week ;)
