So after a very dodgy migraine today and a rough tummy I didn't think I was going to get anything done today but I perked up and push through and I'm so glad I did.
Really enjoyed Build back and Bi's, increased my deadlift again, increased my EZ bar Row and got lots more assisted pull ups (as in all 30 for the first time) and chin ups too - Wahoo!!!
I actually think I dropped my calories too low so I'm going to increase so I can function properly and see how I go.

Bodybeast Build Chest & Tris
Enjoyed this tonight, was good to get back to some straight chest press instead all upper pecs. Was good to work Tri's swell - felt like I got a workout in, better than the single body parts.

P90X Cardio X
Did this for the first time tonight and it was good fun. Really good combo of the other dvd's. After a good warm up, we get stuck into some yoga, then do some kenpo and then some plyo.
Great fun combination without going crazy!!!

BodyBeast Total Body
Tried this for a change tonight and it was ok - Not as much fun as Total body with Tony H. but pretty ok. It did hit a lot of different muscle groups in one session which is pretty cool.

P90X+ Total Body Plus
Wow this was excellent tonight - some transition are little fast and I had to pause to write down but really great workout - it works everything!!! Loved it!!!
Didn't go heavy with the weights but did manage to get some unassisted chin ups, well with a little toe on the wall!

P90X+ Intervals plus and Abs/Core Plus
So after last week feeing so tough and doing less well on some lifts and just stalling on most of the others for 2 weeks or so I decided I needed a recovery week, something different to let the muscles recover ready to attack it again next week.
Tony H's workouts always have a transition/recovery week in them every 3-4 weeks and my body likes or rather needs that - I've been pushing hard with Body Beast for 7 weeks now and I know to it so I'm not going to be silly and push on and get injured I'm going to listen to my body and lighten up for a week and then get back to and hit it stronger than ever to continue making progress.
So today I chose P90X+ Intervals Plus and Abs/Core Plus and wowee what a workout!! It felt great to be laughing again at Tony's jokes and push hard with the heart rate ;).
The abs/core plus really worked me in different ways than I have before - I might know to them tomorrow but it's what I needed to give everything else a much needed rest.
Really loved it and bonus I burnt 673 cal! Not seen figures like that in months either lol.

Bodybeast Bulk Back
This was hard work today somehow, even the single row was just too god darn heavy tonight. Had to drop from 25lb to 22.5lb and still took breaks???
Got my deadlift up to 47kg for 8 reps though so that was a positive and the only increase on the day, oh except that I got all 30 pull ups just with a little toe help.
Some days are like this I guess, get some good food and rest and come back stronger for it!

Bodybeast Cardio and Abs
I don't enjoy these much but got it done tonight. Kept the 2kg for shoulders, 3kg for everything else in cardio. In abs I used a 4kg DB instead a 3 so pleased with that, even got more reps in I think - good improvements again ;)

BodyBeast Bulk Arms and 10 Minute Trainer Cardio
I upped my weights on standing curl, tricep extension and the skull crusher.
The tricep extension was by accident lol I picked up the dumbbell and did the 12 went to put it back and oh its a 7 instead of a 6!!! So then I upped the 8 rep too and squeezed them out = bonus ;)
I wanted a little something afterwards but not too much so lightbulb moment and dug out 10 minute trainer so I got a quick cardio fix with the trainer I'm missing most Tony H!! Awesome!!

Bodybeast Bulk Back and Shoulders
So I did Bulk Back tonight, increased my weights on pull over, the reverse grip row and up another 2kg / 4.4lb on my deadlift ;)
Chased it with Bulk Shoulders to catch up and was really chuffed to increase my Arnold press ;) I upped my upright row and reverse fly too.
Great workout and it felt much better working all of me instead of just one part - Is it just me that feels odd working one part per day????

Les Mills Combat 60 Live Ultimate Warrior
After driving to Lincolnshire again yesterday to see a very disspointing property :( today was spent recovering and I couldn't face the weights. So I did Les Mills Combat Ultimate Warrior and it was just what I needed :)
But we did a get few minutes at Skegness for fish and chips (which was lovely) and a quick paddle in the sea which was the first time in about 20 years! :)
Will double up with Bulk Back and Shoulders tomorrow.

Bodybeast Bulk Arms & T25 Beta Core Cardio
Pleased with arms tonight, it went pretty well with music again is much better.
Upped some of my weights, I even lowered the 15 rep weight for hammer curl down to 2kg from 3kg and it was much better. I was barely finishing before and this slight change made it doable, still tough but more doable.
I caused with T25 beta core cardio instead of doing beast cardio and abs tomorrow and I doubt I will get it in tomorrow.

Bodybeast Bulk Legs
Tried something different today, I put my music on and although played the DVD I turned Sagi right down low - and hey presto I got it done, enjoyed it and finished with a smile on my face ;)
Upped most of my weights today and got very shaky legs - even the post workout walk down the stairs wobble - so I know I worked hard. Haven't had that in a while!!

Bodybeast Bulk Chest
This went fairly well today, upped some of my weights, lowered one and kept some the same. but still progress I feel.
I feel its majority upper chest this workout so instead declines, especially as I was wary of my back still, I did normal push ups today and they were tough after all the others which surprised my a little.
Working these small body parts I really find odd and overall all though the beast is getting me slowly stronger and bigger I'm not really enjoying it if I'm honest. So unsure if I will continue for weeks on end or if go back to tony and the P90X's????

Bodybeast Bulk Shoulders
Had a bit of longer break than normal half way through Fly set to receive Tesco order and out away but other than that good session.
6kg was too heavy for lateral raise only managed 3 of 8 and then dropped down to 5kg to complete so try for more next time.
Only just managed the 6kg front raises so stick with that next time.

BodyBeast Bulk Back
I do enjoy Bulk back. I upped my deadlift to 44kg/97lb Barbell for 8 so pleased with that and doing the forced set one arm row with 25lb / 11kg just like pretty boy in the back feels good too!!

P90 Saturday Special & Cize Full out
So I couldn't face Sagi shouting at me today and needed a bit of Tony H - so I did P90 Saturday Special which I've never sone before but is a gentle cardio but core centric workout. It was something a little different and a got a bit of sweat going. No weights and not as intense as Sagi but got the blood pumping - not a bad replacement for cardio and abs but not the best either.
Afterwards I wanted more so I decided to try another Cize routine and went for Full Out - wow this one moves quickly but I pretty much got it!
Good fun and lifted my mood that I needed, pretty down about trying to find a property every time I think we've found the one there is something wrong ;( it can become very disheartening.

BodyBeast Bulk Legs
Wow what a workout - I got the split squat sequence sorted this time and woweee!
I was aware of lower back after wards but not sure why but got a trigger or two and its all now thank goodness.
Managed to get 50 calf raises without weight so pleased with that progress ;)
