BodyBeast Bulk Arms and 10 Minute Trainer Cardio

I upped my weights on standing curl, tricep extension and the skull crusher.
The tricep extension was by accident lol I picked up the dumbbell  and did the 12 went to put it back and oh its a 7 instead of a 6!!! So then I upped the 8 rep too and squeezed them out = bonus ;)

I wanted a little something afterwards but not too much so lightbulb moment and dug out 10 minute trainer so I got a quick cardio fix with the trainer I'm missing most Tony H!! Awesome!!
