BodyBeast Bulk Back
I do enjoy Bulk back. I upped my deadlift to 44kg/97lb Barbell for 8 so pleased with that and doing the forced set one arm row with 25lb / 11kg just like pretty boy in the back feels good too!!
Lets Beast up!!!
