Bodybeast Cardio & Abs
Bodybeast Cardio & Abs
Used 2 x 3kg in cardio - which was tough for shoulder press but great for everything else.
Abs was much better than last week and got more/most reps completed so really pleased with that. Use 3kg again so all good.
