Bodybeast Build Back & Bi's

Good workout today - upped my barbell deadlift to 40kg / 88lb for 8 and it felt good especially only a few hours after doing 2 hours of garden work including lots soil shuffling :(

The last round of EZ bar curls I got up to 17.3kg / 38lb and I only just managed to finished the set ouchy!

Loving the beast - everybody beast up!!!
