P90X Back and Bi's
Upped my weights and reps again where I could and pushed hard - PR'd the super set at the end too - 8 x 8kg (17.6lb), 8 x 7kg (15.4lb), 8 x 6kg (13.2lb) and 8 x 5kg (11lb) phew!!
