T25 Double - Lower focus and Cardio

My first T25 Double was tough Phew!!!
That lower focus is a quad burner - those the deep lunge pulses are ouchy!!! It definitely focuses on the lower body 

And then straight into Cardio which I have done once before but after Lower Focus it was pretty tough. Thank goodness for Tanya as to keep going I had to follow her lead a little.

I got throughout it, I enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to being able to keep up with the team!
