Back and Bi's

Wow really enjoyed it tonight  

Upped my weights and really got working! Upped my deadlift to 29.5kg which good to lift some weight after such a long time.

Got a PR on my assisted chin ups with 12 in the 30 secs  

I was curling 15.3kg on the EZ at the end too - phew I felt that  

So yep loved it, I just need to decide on Beast Cardio tomorrow or P90X Plyo or X2 Agilty X hmmmmm
