LM Combat HIIT Plyo

HIIT Plyo

This is still a tough workout for me, I would say I've always had pretty strong legs but plyo lunges/mary katherines I still find hard and I'm not sure why grrrrr

I upped my weight to 15lb/6.8kg tonight for the few squat presses and it felt much better.

I must also confess I fell over during the warm tonight   shuffling side to side and some how left my foot behind and went over and landed on my hip! I'm so pleased I landed on my jump mat as it surprising didn't hurt! I'm also pleased I didn't smash my head into the TV! Shook myself off and got straight back on the horse - so to speak!
