Great workout - I'm still finding the sprawls tough, especially the scramble (down to plank then spin round 180 and up for the next combo) mainly because the area I'm using (the largest space in the house) is a little small for me to spin round in full plank ( I'm 5 ft 10) so I think that makes it harder!
I enjoyed it though and apart from 1 knee down for about 1 sec only I managed to keep going tonight without pausing or collapsing lol so getting better
