Really enjoyed this today mainly because I'm clearly getting stronger at push ups and chin ups
I managed to do all my push ups without dropping to my knees, some of them towards the end were a little shallow (as per Tony's recommendation) and it I just felt fantastic that I managed them all as I did and even more that I managed as many good ones as I did.
My chin ups are getting better - still assisted but my reps are increasing so that good progress too.
I'm loving this X3
