foot still tender but did something

My foot still really tender and lacking sleep but managed to get some upper body done..

10 push ups against bar at pin 3
10 chin ups blue band assist at pin 5
8 push ups against bar at pin 2 (5,3)
8 chin ups blue band assist at pin 4 (3,3,2)
6 push ups against bar at pin 1 (2,2,2) NEW PR
6 chin ups blue band assist at pin 3 (2,1,1,1,1) NEW PR

Not imes but approx 12 mins

Pleased that I got something done and to PR felt great - the extra rest is really helping my strength at the moment but no doubt my metcon is getting worse and worse but nothing I can do till I can move around better - hopefully soon
