a few done when a got chance

foot still hurts but got a few mins to spare and did

Push ups at bar pin 2 x 10 (5,5)
Chin ups blue band assist pin 5 with 1 foot only x 10 (6,4)
Beg ring push ups x 10
Beg ring pull ups x 10 (felt stronger than last time)
