Les Mill BodyBalance 71

This was a really enjoyable flowing routine.

Some bits were tricky trying to keep an eye on the screen as with any first time through but it was a lovely warm up and stretched me out good.

I didn't do much of the core section as I've done some core everyday this week and after CXWorks yesterday it didnt need any more.

But I especially loved the long relaxation/medititation at the end - just what I needed after a stressy morning.

Nice active recovery day that wasn't taxing on the shoulders like X2 yoga can be ;)

Tried a new app for HRM to see how I get on with it.
