BodyCombat 67

Wow really loved this one tonight...didnt get chance to workout at normal time so got it done in the evening instead.

High octane fast combo's and quick changes but what a fun de-stressing way to burn over 600 calories!!

Not so much leg stuff in this one and a few push ups but lots of punching and kicking with a mix of muay thai and more karate than usualy which I especially enjoyed.

Has to be my new fave!!
