P90X2 SW2 D5 Strong but simple flow Yoga

Got my calandar wrong yesterday thinking it was Base and Back today- told you I had a stressful evening lol. 

I subbed in Strong but simple flow Yoga with Vytas instead of X2 Yoga, but it was shortened down by about 10 mins, as I was short on time after a very stressful and busy day. 

The stretch and time to think of nothing but doing what Vytas told me was just what I needed to calm me down.

Didn't put Polar HRM on so used iWatch...235 Total Cals, 168 Active Cals Avg HR 86 BPM in 48 mins.
