Core de Force MMA Power

Thought a bit of cardio might be a good fill in before Hard Labour starts tomorrow so MMA Power was the chosen one.

I was struggling with a migraine about 45 mins before and even some visual disturbance came back during it but I pushed through. I had a couple of interruptions during it also grrrr but got it done.

Still a little woolly headed but hopefully a good nights sleep should see me feeling ready for Chest and Back!
