P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

A really great workout this one! Afterwards with muscles screaming I knew I had done a great workout - not had that feeling in a while so I feel good!

Had a loud pop in my left collarbone during the pike press but no pain and everything still works ok so guess I'm good to go!

Poor form on a couple of the tricep moves means an achey left elbow but it will mend. I must lead with the left and let the right do the same not the other way around.

Triceps were fried and chest worked hard on all those push ups. Really great workout!
