Body Beast Build Legs

So today I was undecided was workout to do - I started with Insanity Asylum 2 Agility Tutorial but after just a few mins my right knee hurt and I decided 30 mins of that was not a good idea. I checked my collection for something suitable that I fancied doing and couldn't come up with anything so I did my plan A which Build Legs with Sagi!

Went really well and I even got a PR on my bulgarian squats and calf raises - wahoo!!
