P90X Legs and Back

Wow finally got chance to get this in tonight and it was going great till my energy levels really tanked!

Really hard when everything became really hard work. I skipped most of the sneaky lunges to to take a breather, did the chairs salutations, only 6 iso lunges and the pull ups and decide I'd be stupid to carry on so cooled down.

Felt disappointed that I didn't finish but new it was in my best interest - energy was just drained away! But really pleased with what I did do and even got the careful down the stairs wobble so prepare for post leg day doms tomorrow and more thursday!!!!
